No Returns or Exchanges Policy:

Please note that digital product returns or exchanges are not permitted. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable.

  • Manual Delivery: Usually does not exceed 8 hours during working hours

Delivery time depends on the type of subscription or product ordered. If you don’t receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.

  • Regular Hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Nepal Standard Time (NST)
  • Order Processing: Some orders begin processing from 12:00 AM Nepal time
  • Automated Services: Available 24/7 for instant delivery products

While our support team operates during business hours, many of our digital products are delivered automatically, allowing you to make purchases and receive your orders at any time.

Important Notice About Free Services:

Our store offers select digital goods and subscription services completely free of charge. These services are provided as a courtesy, and we reserve the full right to modify, extend, or cancel them at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

  • The company is not liable for any inconvenience caused due to changes, suspensions, or terminations of the service
  • Users are welcome to enjoy the free services for as long as they remain available

Download Quota Policy:

Each product comes with a download quota of 3 downloads within 365 days. This is to ensure fair usage and protect our digital products.

What happens when quota reaches zero?

If your download quota has been used up (showing “0 remaining”), you will no longer be able to access the file unless you have a backup copy.

Recommendations:

  • Always keep a secure backup of your downloaded files immediately after purchase
  • Store backups in multiple locations (cloud storage, external drive, etc.)
  • Download your purchase as soon as possible after ordering

Need Access Again?

If you need access again after the quota is used, please reorder the product to reset your quota and regain access. This will give you a fresh set of 3 downloads for another 365 days.

Refunds to Spookey Wallet:

If your order is refunded due to a system error, cancellation, or any approved change, the refunded amount will be credited to your Spookey Wallet.

You can use this wallet balance for your next purchase of products or services on our platform. The credited amount does not expire, so you can use it anytime in the future.

Wallet Withdrawal Option:

If you prefer to withdraw the refunded balance instead of using it for purchases:

  • Withdrawals to wallets such as eSewa or Khalti are available
  • A 24-hour waiting period is required before the withdrawal can be processed
  • You must provide your registered email address, the order number, and the withdrawal amount

Service Charge:

A Rs. 10 service charge applies to each withdrawal request. This fee will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

These terms are part of our company’s wallet and refund policy.
